A refreshing high protein fruit smoothie without the chalky aftertaste of protein powder!
Ingredients
- 1 cup (8oz) non-fat ultra-filtered milk (I use Fairlife)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 2oz sliced banana
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
- Optional additions
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well! Add water or ice until you reach your desired consistency!
- You can add stevia and/or cinnamon for more "calorie free" flavor!
