Powder Free Berry Protein Smoothie!

A refreshing high protein fruit smoothie without the chalky aftertaste of protein powder!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8oz) non-fat ultra-filtered milk (I use Fairlife)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2oz sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
  • Optional additions
    • Stevia
    • Cinnamon
    • Water

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well! Add water or ice until you reach your desired consistency!
  • You can add stevia and/or cinnamon for more "calorie free" flavor!
